1. Information Collection
The game does not require an account and does not collect names, email addresses, platform identifiers, contacts, location, photos, recordings, analytics, advertising data, payment information, or gameplay telemetry.
2. Local Game Data
Your best score is stored locally on the Meta Quest device using Unity PlayerPrefs. This value never leaves the device through the game. It can be removed by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the game.
3. Virtual-Reality Input
The game uses OpenXR headset and controller input to provide virtual-reality tracking and gameplay. This input is processed in real time on the device and is not recorded, uploaded, or shared by the game.
4. Network Access, Advertising, and Analytics
Gameplay does not require an Internet connection. The game does not include advertisements, in-app purchases, cloud saves, third-party analytics, or background network activity, and it does not send information to Caffeine Studios or any third party.
5. Optional External Links
The More Games and Rate Us buttons open Meta pages only after you select them. Those pages and any information processed by Meta are governed by Meta's privacy policy and your platform settings. The game does not provide personal information to Meta when opening these links.
6. Permissions
The game requests only the platform capabilities needed to run an OpenXR virtual-reality application. It does not request Internet, camera, microphone, storage, contacts, location, or advertising permissions.
7. Children's Privacy
Because the game does not collect personal information from any player, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes
If the game's data practices change, this policy will be updated before a version using those practices is released.
9. Contact
For privacy questions about Flying Bird VR: Sky Challenge, contact Caffeine Studios through the support address listed on the game's official Meta Horizon store page.
