Neon Baseball: Home Run Derby

Neon Baseball: Home Run Derby works entirely on your device. The game does not collect, record, store remotely, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information.

Effective date: August 4, 2026

1. Information Collection

The game does not require an account and does not collect names, email addresses, identifiers, contacts, location, photos, microphone recordings, camera data, analytics, advertising data, payment information, or gameplay telemetry.

2. Local Game Data

Settings, tutorial completion, per-difficulty high scores, and longest home-run distances are stored locally on the Meta Quest device using Unity PlayerPrefs. This information never leaves the device through the game. It can be removed by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the game.

3. Network Access and Third Parties

The game does not require an Internet connection, does not include advertisements, does not use third-party analytics, and does not send information to Caffeine Studios or any third party.

4. Permissions

The game requests only platform capabilities needed to run an OpenXR virtual-reality application. It does not request camera, microphone, storage, contacts, location, Bluetooth scanning, or Internet permissions.

5. Children's Privacy

Because the game does not collect personal information from any player, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Changes

If the game's data practices change, this policy will be updated before a version using those practices is released.

7. Contact

For privacy questions, contact Caffeine Studios through the support address listed on the game's official Meta Horizon store page.
