1. Who We Are
Stuntline VR: Car Parkour is developed and published by Caffeine Studios. The game is a VR driving and parkour experience where players use headset and controller input to drive cars, complete stunt challenges, and compete for scores on a Meta Platform global leaderboard.
2. Information We Collect
Stuntline VR: Car Parkour does not require a Caffeine Studios account, email address, phone number, real name, or social media account to play. However, the game uses the player's signed-in Meta Horizon account through the Meta Platform SDK for online leaderboard features.
The game may process the player's Meta Horizon User ID, Meta Horizon username/display name from User Profile, completion time submitted as the leaderboard score, leaderboard rank, and leaderboard identifier.
The Meta Horizon Data Use Checkup also requests Meta User Age Group access. Meta User Age Group is a broad Meta-provided age category, not the player's exact age or date of birth. Access is requested because Meta requires this platform feature before User Profile can be requested, and its purpose is to support Meta's age-appropriate platform access and compliance requirements for Meta account features.
User Profile access may technically make a Meta profile photo available through Meta Platform services, but Stuntline VR: Car Parkour does not use, display, store, or submit the Meta profile photo.
3. Meta Horizon and Global Leaderboard Data
The Meta Horizon User ID is used to identify the player and associate that player with their leaderboard entry across game sessions. The Meta Horizon username/display name is shown on the in-game HUD and global leaderboard.
Completion time is submitted to Meta Leaderboards as the score so Meta Platform can calculate ranking for the relevant leaderboard identifier. Leaderboard rank and leaderboard identifier are used to display the player's position on the correct leaderboard.
Meta Horizon username/display name, completion time, score, and rank may be visible to other players through the global leaderboard and related in-game leaderboard displays.
Meta Platform and Meta Leaderboards process the online leaderboard information needed to submit, store, calculate, display, and maintain leaderboard entries.
Meta User Age Group is not displayed to other players, is not included in leaderboard entries, and is not used to calculate leaderboard score or rank.
4. Local Game Data and Settings
Stuntline VR: Car Parkour may store local game data such as player progress, unlocked content, selected car, challenge status, best local results, preferences, and gameplay settings on the player's device.
Local data and settings are used to restore the player's game state and preferences between play sessions. Local data may be removed by clearing the app data, using any in-game reset option if available, or uninstalling the game.
5. Device Access and Permissions
Stuntline VR: Car Parkour uses standard VR headset and controller input so the player can look around, drive, navigate menus, and interact with the VR parkour experience. The game does not request microphone access, voice chat access, camera access, contacts, precise location, or in-game chat features from Caffeine Studios.
Any platform-level processing required for the Meta Quest headset, controllers, store, operating system, device runtime, Meta Horizon account, User Profile access, Meta Leaderboards, or platform services is handled by Meta under Meta's own terms and privacy practices.
6. External Links and Platform Services
The game may include buttons such as Rate Us, More Games, or store-related links that open a Meta store page, Caffeine Studios profile, or other external page outside the game. When a player opens an external page, the player's use of that page is governed by the relevant platform or website's own terms and privacy policy.
Online leaderboard functionality uses Meta Platform and Meta Leaderboards. Meta may process leaderboard and technical service data as needed to provide, secure, and maintain the leaderboard feature.
7. How We Use Information
Caffeine Studios uses Meta Horizon and leaderboard information only to operate Stuntline VR: Car Parkour's global leaderboard, identify player leaderboard entries across sessions, show the Meta Horizon username/display name on the HUD and leaderboard, submit completion time scores to Meta Leaderboards, show rankings, prevent misuse, diagnose technical issues, and improve reliability.
Caffeine Studios does not use Meta Horizon User ID, Meta Horizon username/display name, leaderboard scores, or ranks to sell data, target advertising, profile players outside the game, or contact players.
Caffeine Studios does not use Meta User Age Group for advertising, analytics, marketing, profiling outside the game, contacting players, selling personal information, or determining leaderboard score or rank.
8. Sharing Information
Caffeine Studios does not sell, rent, or trade player personal information. Meta Horizon username/display name, completion time, score, and leaderboard rank may be shown to other players as part of the global leaderboard.
Leaderboard and technical service data may be processed by Meta Platform and Meta Leaderboards to help operate the leaderboard, ranking, storage, security, and platform functionality. Caffeine Studios uses these services only to support game features and related service operations.
Meta may process Meta User Age Group through Meta Platform services under Meta's own privacy terms. Caffeine Studios does not display Meta User Age Group to other players, include it in leaderboard entries, sell it, or share it for advertising, analytics, marketing, or profiling.
9. Player Choices
The leaderboard display name comes from the player's signed-in Meta Horizon account. Players who want to change the name shown in the game should update their Meta Horizon username/display name through Meta account or platform settings.
If the game offers an option to reset local data or skip leaderboard submission, players can use those options inside the game. Local data may also be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the game.
10. Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Local game data can be removed by clearing the app data, using any in-game reset option if available, or uninstalling the game.
To request deletion of leaderboard data under Caffeine Studios' control, email caffeinesproduction@gmail.com with the subject "Stuntline VR Data Deletion Request." Please include the Meta Horizon username/display name used in the game so the leaderboard entry can be identified.
Caffeine Studios will use available Meta Platform tools to delete or reset leaderboard data under its control. Some Meta-controlled platform, account, or age-category information may require a request through Meta's privacy or support services.
Caffeine Studios does not independently retain the Meta-provided age category on its own server. Privacy or deletion questions can be sent to caffeinesproduction@gmail.com.
If platform limitations or legal obligations prevent deletion, Caffeine Studios will inform the requester.
11. Children's Privacy
Stuntline VR: Car Parkour does not knowingly collect personal information from children outside the Meta Platform account and leaderboard information described in this policy. Meta User Age Group access is requested to support Meta's age-appropriate platform access and compliance requirements for Meta account features, and it is not used for advertising, marketing, analytics, profiling, contacting players, or leaderboard rank.
If a parent or guardian has privacy questions or wants to request deletion of leaderboard data under Caffeine Studios' control, they may email caffeinesproduction@gmail.com.
12. Contacting Us
If a player contacts Caffeine Studios outside the game for support, privacy questions, leaderboard requests, or business communication, any information provided in that message will be used only to respond to the request. Privacy and data deletion requests can be sent to caffeinesproduction@gmail.com.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if Stuntline VR: Car Parkour changes, if leaderboard features change, if new features are added, or if legal or platform requirements change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
